My Story
Why I work the way I do
My career did not grow in a straight line. I have worked across business analysis, enterprise web operations, project management, product management, and now presales — each role adding a different layer to how I think.
Business analysis taught me how to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and turn ambiguity into structure. Project management taught me how to align people, manage expectations, and keep momentum when the work gets complicated. Product management taught me how to think in terms of users, value creation, and long-term product direction. Presales is teaching me how to position solutions with clarity and build trust before delivery even begins.
Alongside all of that, web analytics has remained one of the things I genuinely enjoy — the logic behind tracking, the story behind user behaviour, and the discipline of making better decisions through data.
If there is one thread connecting everything, it is this: I enjoy making complex digital work clearer, smarter, and more valuable.
