    The challenge

    A Fortune 100 global healthcare company ran a web platform across 38+ country markets on Adobe Experience Manager. Country teams operated independently with inconsistent page structures, uncontrolled asset use, and no shared publishing standard — resulting in off-brand content, compliance risks, and delays that stretched minor updates to weeks. Operations spanned multiple timezones, requiring round-the-clock coordination between regional editors, brand teams, legal reviewers, and digital leads.

    • Authored and managed 100,000+ pages across global AEM instances, maintaining quality and consistency at scale
